Bill Waiser has given more than 200 talks on mostly Saskatchewan or western Canadian topics to schools, libraries, conventions, clubs, organizations, and at public ceremonies and conferences. Some of the groups and conferences he given talks to include: the Conference Board of Canada, the Association of University Architects, the Aquatic Toxicology Workshop, the Japanese Association of Canadian Studies, the International Master Gardener Conference, the Royal Society of New Zealand, and the University of Saskatchewan Alumni Association in Great Britain.
Known for his informative and entertaining presentations, Bill seeks to provide a better understanding and appreciation of Canadian History.
